When we ship: All orders are processed 1-3 days, orders on the weekends are ship on Monday. we shipped with USPS (UNITED STATE POST OFFICE) or unless stated others wise.

Return and Refund

We accept return and customers could be refunded base on the following terms and condition.

All return must be made within 7days of receiving the product. All package must be unopen, Hair must not be dye, comb or used.

please include receipt of purchase with date. Onikani Lifestyle LLC don't paid the cost for return or missing return product.

Return address will be included in your package.

Refund: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the product and package. when approved, refund may take 5-10days. we will notified you by email when your return has been processed
